About Three Rivers Transportation, LLC
We have been in the transportation industry since 2002, helping to improve the quality and efficiency of transportation in the city of Pittsburgh as well as surrounding areas. By paying close attention to our community needs, we were able to identify and begin a wide range of affordable and safe services. These services include but are not limited to, assisting seniors; non-emergency medical trips to scheduled appointments; work travel, airport pickups; night outs and special events. Three Rivers Transportation also offers a hire-a-driver service that is geared towards DUI preventions and assisting individuals having issues with their licenses. This service allows the community to access a driver to operate their personal vehicles at lower costs. Three Rivers Transportation is registered with the Public Utility Commission (PUC), as well as with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and follows all regulations to make travel safe. In addition, our Company also follows all applicable state laws and has incorporated its own in house policies to enhance safety standards. Lastly, it’s our philosophy that the community deserves the best trip experience which we believe starts with providing the most qualified drivers. Hence, Three Rivers Transportation works together with the company “Hire Right” to ensure all of our drivers undergo a rigorous credentialing and screening process that includes such factors as- criminal background and motor vehicle record checks, drug education and testing, and national child welfare clearance. We also provide drivers with additional training in defense driving, customer service and make them aware of privacy laws such as HIPPA. All of our drivers are trained to hold all of our customers’ personal information in strict confidence.
