Thinkpod –is a tool and a process that achieves greater participation, deeper thinking and better collaboration and can be used to help drive everything from strategic planning meetings, conflict resolution, innovation, problem solving and decision making.
Instead of people talking and debating in what often becomes a lengthy verbal free for all, people respond to carefully crafted questions, expressing themselves through writing opinions and ideas on cards. This silent, simultaneous (and to some degree anonymous) expression of thought, creates and environment where everyone contributes on equal terms. The 20% can’t dominate and the 80% are free to open up and give more honest opinions. It is invariably faster than a ‘chaired’ meeting or a free-flow of discussion.
