The Self Centre

Tucked away on the outskirts of Bury St. Edmunds, the Self Centre offers a wide range of complimentary therapies and wellbeing classes. With three, purpose built studios, nine therapy rooms, and a bustling café we are one of the town’s best kept secrets. We take great pride in what we do here, our philosophy is simple – no matter how you feel when you arrive; we want you to leave feeling better, equipped with the knowledge and tools to stay better. Whether you are looking for something to nourish the heart, body or soul, we have something to offer you. Our friendly staff members are here to point you in the right direction, give advice and show you around. There is plenty of information on the website and our contact details are listed below. Drop in, send us an email or give us a call with any questions and we will get in touch as quickly as we can. Our teachers and therapists are all fully qualified and insured. There should be short biography on each of them, explaining their treatments and teaching styles, either on our website or our on Facebook page - under albums. Most are happy to have an informal chat to ensure they offer the right class or treatment for you. The café is open all day and serves a wonderful range of homemade cakes, snacks, soups, salads, rolls and wraps. We firmly believe in using organic products where we can and our takeaway packaging is recycled and recyclable. Just ask if you have special dietary requirements, we should be able to help in some way. Feel free to pop in a chill out. You can also order lunches in advance for collection. All of our rooms and studios are available for hire on an ad-hoc or permanent basis. If you are looking for somewhere to base your practise and feel you can add to our extensive range of treatments then we would love to hear from you. Rooms can also be used for business meetings, mother and baby classes or clinics.
