About The Rough House
The Rough House is DuPage County's First OCR Based Training Facility. Our mission is to efficiently and passionately prepare individuals for optimal performance in obstacle course racing, basic strength and fitness, and overall healthy living. At The Rough House we provide extensive obstacle, group, and personal training. Our knowledge in the fields of athletic, strength, and corrective exercise can help someone of any fitness level achieve their goals. Our approach goes deeper than just being able to lift a heavy weight or jump really high. We strive to help you achieve a better life.
