Let us introduce ourselves: we are the GBs - The Gentlemen Baristas. Mr Henry C.A.W Ayers and Mr Edward T.G.E. Parkes founded a cracking little coffee house in London Bridge (well, just around the corner) back in 2014, and the rest is history. Now at 10 coffee houses across London and growing. We are selling our wares (coffee and wholesale beans from our own roastery) to the lords, ladies, gents & sundry of London via many a fine coffee house, public establishment, restaurant premise, deli & the like.
