About Technology Pointe
Technology Pointe was founded in 2000 by Chuck & Marty to provide enterprise quality IT for small businesses in Austin. Along the way the company has grown significantly in several areas: In 2007 They opened Their first datacenter in Austin, TX. Before somebody smarter than us came up with the term "cloud", They were hosting customer servers in a datacenter. In 2011 Technology Pointe merged with Teople. Around 2009 Their Dallas client base began growing significantly and an opportunity to open a Dallas office came up. Since then Their Dallas presence has grown significantly, with four staff members and several large clients. In 2012 Technology Pointe became an M-Files partner. This intuitive document management system solves organizational, access and compliance issues for companies and provides near immediate return on investment. In 2014 the continued growth of Their private cloud services necessitated opening a second datacenter in Dallas, TX. We're now able to provide geographic high availability to the hundreds of servers and terabytes of data They host for companies across the nation.
