I am my clients' technology coordinator, advising or overseeing their entire technology operation and overhauling their systems for ever-increasing scale, maximum profits, and minimal losses. Many business owners who go from startups to small to medium-sized businesses are frustrated at the increasing complexity of technology and uncontrollable maintenance and upgrade costs. They see other competitors growing but do not know where to start tackling their scaling needs.
