Screen time and mental health issues are rising. Students spend most of their time online, yet 1 in 4 face screen-time problems for their study or personal lives. Tech Balance helps educational institutions reduce student mental health issues and boost academic performance by tackling screen time problems. We achieve this through three connected services: A diagnostic survey, that helps uncover student digital well-being needs, enabling educators to make informed, data-driven decisions on support. Interactive workshops that address student digital wellbeing needs based on survey insights. A mobile app (pending) that supports self-driven digital wellbeing, providing students with everything they need to achieve a healthy and productive digital lifestyle.
