TaskForce Community Agency

We give life changing opportunities to those in need- primarily in South East Melbourne. This involves providing wraparound care, counselling and support services to youth, families and adult clients to help them improve their wellbeing and to empower them toward self-determination. The people who access our services have experienced significant disadvantage or a crisis in their lives and as a result are prevented from reaching their potential. We support our programs through government funding, philanthropic support, corporate partnerships and public donations.
