TSAC Engineering provides Civil Engineering, Land Surveying and Construction Management services throughout San Diego County. The two principals have been instrumental in the design of many large San Diego master-planned communities, including Fairbanks Ranch, Eastlake, and Santa Luz. We have extensive pipeline experience with the City of San Diego, on both sewer and water projects. TSAC Engineering is an expert in all aspects of subdivision design, from the entitlement process through final plans and construction.
