The organization sells most of its products in a business to business environment via inside and outside sales, catalog sales, and internet sales to customers in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. The organization is in the process of implementing an aggressive growth strategy and is the process of hiring sales personnel who have the skill set to ultimately fill a management or technical sales capacity.
