We understand it’s not easy to be mentally and physically fit. That’s why 80% of Americans do not meet national guidelines. At SweatCred, we decided to partner with employers to revolutionize the way Corporate Wellness is done. Instead of leading with ‘risk’ and ‘chronic disease’ we focus on FUN! Why? We believe that in order for wellness to be effective and engaging it must be fun and inspiring and research has found that 55% of millennials agree with us. SweatCred tracks employee well-being data (fitness, food, relaxation) and turns that hard earned sweat into currency that employees can use to shop for rewards in our wellness marketplace – from fresh food delivery service to athletic apparel. We curate a marketplace that brings all the exciting experiences that are wellness related into the corporate arena. Also, by rewarding healthy behavior with healthy rewards we are not only motivating employees, but also building a culture of healthy habits!
