Sumo Capital was founded in 2007 as a proprietary trading firm with a focus on exchange-listed Equity and Equity Index Options. It has since evolved into a multi-strategy JBO committed to providing a profitable environment for firm- and self-funded Proprietary and Market Maker Trading. Based in Chicago with offices in New York, we support strategies across every national market. Sumo is focused on a high level of risk management standards, compliance monitoring, and IT and software support. Job Description Dynamic, experienced equity/index options team seeks junior member interested in market-making. Working knowledge of options required, and programming experience is preferred. Trader will work side-by-side with senior members in an exciting, fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technology and significant responsibilities down the line. Looking for highly-motivated, passionate candidates with technical background in either engineering, math, physics, or computer science.
