About Study Socket
Study Socket was formed in 2012 by four Australian entrepreneurs with a vision to make the proven benefits of peer assisted study available online, real-time and on demand. Peer-assisted learning is a system where students help each other and learn by teaching. It has been shown to deliver enormous education benefits including improved student engagement and better grades.
We have leveraged our combined years of experience in education technology to develop Study Socket as an easy-to-use, cost-effective platform to provide peer-based learning support for large cohorts of students in a fun and convenient way.
