Steel Blue boots
Our story began in Western Australia, and we’ve since grown to become Australia’s leading manufacturer of work and safety boots with subsidiaries in New Zealand, Europe, and the USA. Since 1995, we’ve been putting the same amount of care and dedication into our boots as the tradespeople who wear them.
True skill requires great equipment. Our Trisole® Comfort Technology soling system is a foundation for your whole body. Every pair of Steel Blue boots includes a 100% Comfort Guarantee, and our boots are endorsed by the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
We’ve improved industry standards to keep you safe and we’re on a journey towards achieving social responsibility and sustainability to keep our planet safe.
Our advances in product, safety, quality, comfort and industry include:
• Developed Trisole® Comfort Technology, a multilayer sole with extremely effective cushioning and shock absorption
• Set the benchmark across the safety industry by using PORON® within our Trisole® Comfort Technology
• Collaborated with leading manufacturers to design custom pieces for our safety boots like our anti-chaff lining and industrial grade zips
• Offered an alternative to the Steel Toe Cap, our Composite Toe Caps are airport friendly and more lightweight than standard safety toe caps
• Improved standards across the board by earning European Safety Footwear Certification CE EN ISO 20345 and USA Safety Footwear Certification ASTM F2413 which encouraged other manufacturers to follow
• Dedicated a range of colourful boots to raise money and awareness for Breast Cancer Care WA and Beyond Blue
• Select Steel Blue boots partner with the American Diabetes Association (ADA) Better Choices for Life Program
As a manufacturer and wholesaler, we sell our safety boots to authorised Steel Blue Distributors so that you have more choices on where you can be fitted in the right boots for your craft.
Australian owned and designed, our work boots can be seen across the world.
