Spring Mountain Capital is a private investment management firm, founded in 2001 by John L. (“Launny”) Steffens, that focuses on alternative asset investing and offers investors a wide range of strategies designed to produce attractive risk-adjusted returns. SMC is organized into four investment groups: Growth Equity, Total Return, Private Capital and Municipal Bonds. This combination provides the firm with expansive knowledge in each investment vertical, which improves investment decisions.
