Earl “The Pearl” Monroe and Hilltop USA, Inc. have teamed up with the NBA to launch a collection of candies and chocolates. Basketball fans can visit Sports Candy Store to enjoy their favorite treats and celebrate their favorite team. A Hall of Famer and four-time NBA All-Star of the 1970s, Monroe has tapped into the silky smooth nostalgia of his past to recreate classic treats in packaging showcasing today’s NBA team logos. Among the products fans can choose from are chocolate bars, jelly beans, sour rings and gummy candies. NBA team candies currently available include the Boston Celtics, Brooklyn Nets, Chicago Bulls, Dallas Mavericks, Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, New York Knicks, Philadelphia 76ers, Toronto Raptors, and Oklahoma City Thunder. “Having been a part of the NBA family for many years it's a pleasure to not only represent the NBA in a renewed way, but to also provide basketball fans with quality candy they can enjoy," said Monroe. The candy line is currently available at Madison Square Garden, Macy's Herald Square, gift shops, candy stores, and through SportsCandyStore.com. Additional products, including sugar free options, will be released during the summer.
