Variety Energy launches charitable grant initiative, SolCatalyst, as a donor advised fund providing up to 60% of AGI tax benefit with sole focus on investing in solar energy. SolCatalyst enables low returning solar assets to get built, allowing us to continue to replace fossil fuel with clean energy in the fight against climate change. Variety Energy is proud to enable investors and the industry to move to enable solar power plants to be built despite the lower returns some of these solar purchase agreements yield. Tax innovation and charitable grants provide incentive for high net worth investors to secure beneficial tax benefits while contributing to the growth of solar energy.
