Sniper Capital Limited is a real estate fund manager with offices in Macau and Hong Kong, focusing on investment, development and redevelopment opportunities in niche and undervalued markets. Today, Sniper Capital has under management total real estate assets at almost US$500 million.

We pride ourselves to be the manager of the first Macau-focused property fund listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). Macau Property Opportunities Fund (LSE: MPO) is also a constituent stock of the FTSE All-Share and SmallCap indices. Our private property funds comprising assets of high heritage value located in Macau have also delivered attractive returns for our investors.

In addition to our strong presence in Macau, Sniper Capital is also involved in real estate opportunities in other Asia markets such as China and Thailand as well as in the UK and Southern Europe, where we identify and capitalise on early-stage opportunities with long-term growth potential.
