Listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, Sirius Real Estate is the leading operator of branded business parks providing flexible workspace to German SMEs. We currently have over 1.75m sqm of lettable space serving more than 5,000 tenants across 65 owned and managed properties. Since 2006, we have looked to acquire individual business parks and integrate them into our network of sites under the Sirius brand, whilst also reconfiguring and upgrading the space to appeal to the German SME market. Our sites are marketed centrally, enabling the Sirius team to offer space across the country and with the ability for tenants to configure space according to their needs. In addition, Sirius offers a comprehensive range of innovative products including Smartspace, FlexiLager and FlexConnect. The Sirius Real Estate management team focus on increasing the value of the existing portfolio through an active Asset Management Programme as well as investing and expanding the portfolio as and when suitable opportunities arise.
