Globalization: "...The process by which businesses or other organizations develop international influence or start operating on an international scale..." The definition above is a simple way of explaining this concept that has been increasingly used since the mid-1980s and created so many opportunities for us to be able to work, understand and share our knowledge with different cultures. We firmly believe that hard work and planning are key to be successful in this process. We started this company with the goal of providing solutions for localization, so that our clients maximize their resources and meet their globalization objectives. To us, every business that wants to grow outside their territory, is a potential client. Our belief is that working side by side with our clients and making sure they are successful in their globalization endeavors is how we grow. Our team is formed by certified translators, localization engineers, IT engineers and certified PMs. With a broad experience that includes content development, translation, desktop publishing, Six Sigma training for process improvement and several years of experience working in the localization business. All of our members have been working for Bay Area companies with more than 10.000 employees and a 6 billion turnover for at least five years. Sinapi is our dream to become partners and a solution for everyday struggles in globalization. We commit and advise for our partner’s best interest and will always strive to stay on top of new technology that would improve or simplify everyday work. Our methodology allows the Sinapi team to scale based on the need or special project and be flexible to stay on-call for urgent issues or staff during non-business hours.
