Sigma Workforce Solutions is a division of Lean Excellence Canada. formed in 2014 as a consulting firm and training provider. Over the years our consultants have been facilitating change in organizations through process improvements, developing procedures and providing customized training to fit the needs of our clients. Through our experiences, we understand the challenges that many owners, managers, and supervisors face, in relation to workforce management. To provide an answer for our client’s challenges, we formed a new division ‘Sigma Workforce Solutions Inc’ in 2016 focused on providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions. Our goal with Sigma Workforce Solutions Inc. is to provide long term hiring solutions, reduce turnover, and increase company efficiencies.
