Corrosion/erosion monitoring made easy Sensorlink is a world leading supplier of non-intrusive corrosion/erosion monitoring systems. Sensorlink deliver advanced ultrasound based systems for metal loss monitoring for topside and subsea pipeline applications. Our systems consist of intelligent sensor units, data loggers, communication solutions (topside and subsea) and central server solutions. We also integrate data directly into customer DCS for easy use of data in operations. The systems are used in asset integrity systems to monitor metal loss and estimating remaining safe operational life. In addition, it is used to validate the effectiveness of chemical corrosion inhibitors. Our system can monitor any metallic pipe, and is even being used on welds and HAZ. One of the unique performance parameters is the ability to monitor metal loss through coatings and in clad pipes (weld overlay cladding).
