SenSpa is an award winning Thai spa located at Careys Manor Hotel in the heart of the New Forest.

Our award wininng facilities comprise of a large hydrotherapy pool, ozone swimming pool, herbal sauna, crystal steam room, ice room, experience showers, tepidarium, laconicum and Thai –inspired relaxation areas.

Here at SenSpa we have an extensive treatment list, offering over 40 different options. Massages, facials and body scrubs are amongst the fanstastic treatments available. Our treatments use traditional Thai methods, thus ensuring that you experience the true authenticity of Thailand.

We offer a variety of different spa days, ranging from full days, half days and evening experiences. As an alternative to this, a spa break can be organised, with accommodation at our four star luxury hotel, Careys Manor.

Our authentic Thai restaurant, the Zen Garden, is the perfect place for you to dine on your spa day or spa break. The Thai decor creates a pleasant atmosphere, ensuring that you stay fully relaxed throughout your whole visit. Our ethical food policy ensures that the Zen Garden only uses the finest ingredients, and where possible they are locally sourced and organic.

Our health club facilities include a top of the range gym, including cardio equipment and free weights. Our membership gives you access to these fantastic facilities, as well as a vast array of classes including Pilates, Zumba and Body Balance.
