Sdot Israel

'Sdot Israel' is a training center for the development of leadership and teamwork. The center provides a different kind of learning experience in an amazing, pastoral, pampering environment of nature. Innovative tools for courses, workshops, conferences, and events are combined at the center for companies and organizations. The array of activities includes workshops and courses in a wide range of behavioral fields: team development, leadership development, team consolidation days, communication, trust- building, creativity development, the improvement of problem-solving abilities, breaking down boundaries to form collaborations, motivation development, and instilling managers with leadership skills. Sdot Israel's story is a story interwoven with Zionist values, inventiveness, creativity, and a belief that anything is possible. The company that is celebrating over twenty-five years of activity was envisioned and established by the CEO, Zvi Livne. The company's values and its vision over the years sprang from his belief that a life of creation and production in Israel is a value with a mission that we must strive to accomplish. We believe that learning and acquiring skills will provide the motivation for personal and organizational excellence, by combining a rich variety of cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and sensory activities within a powerful personal experience. The programs, the teaching methods, and the multi-channeled instruction we've developed are the fruits of over twenty years of work, experience, and accumulated knowledge that we've acquired. All these are passed along by a staff of leading advisers and coaches. Among the wide range of companies and organizations who have taken part in the center's activities are the security forces, hi-tech companies, hospitals, banks, universities, municipalities, and more. The products of the various courses, workshops, and activities are a gift to the organization and to the life of each participant.
