We are active in funding companies and government related entities, placing deposits, bonds and private placements (PP) on a back to back basis. STX Fixed Income is the regulated member of STX Group and has been active in environmental and illiquid debt since 2013. We offer full access to the international financial markets. We are able to connect you to institutional (financial) counterparties, such as pension funds, banks, insurance companies, asset managers, public-sector entities, hedge funds and family offices. Through the use of standardised or custom made documentation, we offer non-bank financing solutions such as Private Placements (PP), Schuldschein Darlehen (SSD), United States Private Placements (USPP) or (European) Medium Term Notes (MTN). With our expertise on pricing and valuation of illiquid assets or whole portfolios, we can provide you with an accurate value estimate for internal or external use.
