SO4 Limited

SO4 Limited is a dual-listed ASX and AIM company with a focus on creating value from the Company's Sulphate of Potash (SOP) assets in Australia. The company owns nine salt lakes in Western Australia with a combined area of around 5,000 sq. km. Its flagship project is Lake Way near Wiluna, where a definitive feasibility study has demonstrated the attractive economics of an initial development producing 245,000 tonnes of low-cost premium grade SOP a year through solar evaporation of lake brines. First production from Lake Way is scheduled for the end of 2020, with a medium term goal of producing SOP from multiples lakes in the northern goldfields region. More than 90% of production from Lake Way has been committed under binding offtake agreements with leading fertiliser distributors around the world, as part of a deliberate strategy to develop a geographically diverse customer base. Leading the company in executing the Lake Way development and building the portfolio of operations is a highly experienced team of senior executives and managers that have been intimately involved in the establishment and growth of some of Australia's most successful resources companies including Fortescue Metals Group and Northern Star Resources.
