In response to the growth of emerging markets in Latin America, SMPS was conceived as a full-service law firm specialized in providing services to national and multi-national corporations, financial institutions and public and private investors involved in cross-border projects and transactions, implementing of acquisitions, spin-offs, joint ventures, strategic alliances and other type of investments.
