Our main goal is to push boundaries by delivering interactive 3D, Building Management Systems (BMS) and home automation technology. We leveage a large array of smart home IoT sensors, making digitalization more engaging, affordable, and widely available. We turn personal living spaces and working environments into multimedia digital command centers, accessible by computer, tablet and smartphone. SIMLAB users are empowered with interactive and intelligent digital twins of their structures, using a combination of 3D models of their space and user added information with real-time data from a variety of sensors (see supported platforms) installed in the building. This cloud solution includes features that lets users monitor and track changes in a structure, supervise any construction progress, as well as monitor aging process of the structure. We have helped property owners, rental agencies, insurance companies, managers, and other stakeholders to control the current status of their properties, schedule maintenance, and interact efficiently with the real time IoT sensor data through the whole life cycle of the building.
