S7 Travel Retail is a privately held group company of S7 Group with 300+ employees. We were founded in 2012 as a result of an eCommerce and call centre spin-off from S7 Airlines. We now operate out of Moscow (HQ), Novosibirsk (Operations) and London (Business Development) where we are the main eCommerce stakeholder and technology provider for sales and servicing of S7 online and direct sales channels. We combine the strength of our airline heritage with abilities of an Online Travel Agency (OTA) where we provide customer support through the complete customer journey, inclusive of inspirational activities. Our online, offline and mobile solutions helps our customers organise their travels with air, hotel, car and transfer in an effortless way, every day, using any of our innovative and award winning solutions.
