Ruby Jewels is a small jewellery design house based in Dublin, Ireland. The jewellery is designed and handcrafted by silversmith, Emma Taylor whose exquisite pieces are distinctively contemporary yet have a timeless quality. Emma is passionate about jewellery; about combining style and appealing design to create pieces that make a statement throughout a lifetime. With the Precious Collection, Emma works with silver and the three golds - yellow, red and white. A lot of the designs use a combination of these precious metals to create a dramatic contrast and a contemporary feel. The overriding creative philosophy of Ruby Jewels is centered on timeless design and this also applies when crafting the Costume Collection. This is an affordable range that makes a dramatic statement. Each item is very limited, with a maximum of 3 to 4 pieces made of each design. As all jewellery is handmade, no two pieces are identical. Emma also offers a commission service where you can commission a special piece of jewellery to celebrate an important occasion. This custom made piece of jewellery is completely unique and not available to anyone else in the world. We will consult with you to understand your budget and preferences and design a piece of jewellery to match your needs. You can be as involved or as hands off as you wish during the design process. The site shows a selection of previous commissions that give you an idea of possibilities and prices. This is not as expensive as you might think; most budgets can be accommodated.
