About Robco Engineering A/S
Robco Engineering A/S is a new company with more than 40 years of experience. How is that possible, you may ask yourself? For more than four decades, we were known as Roblon Engineering, a division of Roblon A/S, but since March 2018, we have been an independent Danish company.
OUR HISTORY
Since 1978 the former Roblon Engineering has developed an extensive product program consisting of equipment and accessories for the production of twine, rope and cordage. In 2018 these activities were divested from Roblon A/S and Robco Engineering A/S was a reality.
Our daily co-operation with our customers, suppliers and business partners, is still the same. Our well-known teams of experienced and service-minded employees are still the foundation for a successful and impeccable cooperation, and even the machines are still the "world-famous" blue and carry the Roblon name.
THE WAY WE WORK
All production and support functions, whether it is a small winder or the largest rope making machine in our program, are placed in one location; our facilities in Saeby in most northern part of Denmark. This makes the whole process from the drawing board to the loading efficient and simple. Ideas, test data and feedback from the production are easily acquired in a flat organization.
Prefabricated components from subcontractors are painted, assembled and tested in our factory. We carry out thorough quality- and safety tests to ensure an optimal function of every, single machine before it is made ready for shipment. We ship our machines wrapped on pallets or in a wooden box, and machines to oversea markets are sent in containers.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPARE PARTS
In all parts of the world, customers uses Roblon equipment. The parts made for and used in Roblon machines are made from first quality materials to ensure an efficient and smooth production performance and a minimum downtime.
