Respect4us

Respect4us is an independent alternative education provider serving young people and schools in the Norwich area. We work with young people who have difficulty attending school, or have a history of failure in school, or are in danger of being excluded from school or have been excluded from one or more high schools. The typical young person we work with will be intelligent but with significant learning, pastoral or emotional needs coupled with behavioural difficulties. Our methods are straightforward. We treat young all young people with respect, acknowledging their individuality, unique personalities and the extraordinary contribution they have to make to our community and society. We spend a great deal of time listening and with the young person devise an individual learning programme around his or her needs.
