The problem is: most people never get taught how to give and receive feedback in a healthy, constructive, or efficient manner. Organized feedback is our realm. We teach the Critical Response Process - a four step method of giving and receiving feedback that promotes belonging, specificity, curiosity, and clarity. Our team provides professional development training, interactive workshops, one on one coaching, and company consultancy - all focused on the moments we talk to each other about our work. When is a critique helpful and when is it not? How do you build enough trust to approach specific and direct opinions? How do we build excitement to get back to improving the work? The Critical Response Process has been taught across sectors.
