About ReCatalyst
ReCatalyst has developed an innovative nano-tech process that will revolutionize the way we make fuel cell catalysts by reducing the amount of necessary platinum in a PEMFCs by 50%, while increasing the catalytic efficiency by 2-3-fold.
The origin of our idea lies in more than a decade of research at the National Institute of Chemistry with the commercially valuable breakthroughs achieved as part of the PhD research of Dr Gatalo. In terms of the business origin, Dr Gatalo and Mr Bizjak started developing the business idea in 2019 and officially incorporated as ReCatalyst in 2021.
