RISE Fitness + Adventure LLC

We’re a group of fitness enthusiasts who wanted something different in a training facility. RISE is functional fitness, blended with teamwork, technology and science then capped with a healthy dose of obstacle race training. The workout is never the same and the challenge is always harder. We believe that all people have the ability to be truly fit, given sufficient time, determination, peer support and proper dedication. We believe in functional fitness – training hard with complex movements, unique tasks, physical obstacles and activities that take you outside of your comfort zone, and keep you there until you realize you’re capable of far more than you thought. We are vastly different than any other fitness facility in the region. There are no mirrors here; there are no rows of mass-market cardio equipment and there are no traditional exercise machines. We’ve taken key elements of bootcamp training, functional fitness, obstacle course racing and endurance challenges to bring a unique hybrid approach to physical fitness. There are no shortcuts. There is no magic pill. You will sweat, you will curse, you will struggle, you will tackle challenges, and you will face your demons - coming out stronger, faster, and healthier.
