RGL was founded in 1984 by Mr John Twigg as a hire and rental business for high-pressure jetting equipment. In 1992 the company branched out into water jet contracting which cast the foundations on which the company has built from ever since. RGL is now recognised as one of the UK's leading providers of UHP water jetting services. From the onset, RGL has pioneered the safe use of Ultra High Pressure (over 2,000 bar) in the water jetting industry. The strength of the company today lies in the ability to provide a unique interface between water jetting technology and the job to be done. This is achieved through assessing/understanding the customers' requirements and designing.building and deploying bespoke technical solutions accordingly. We firmly believe that early engagement with the client and working together to deliver a shared objective is key to our success both now and into the future. The company operates from offices and workshop facilities located on the South coast of England which is effectively the hub that coordinates jetting services for a wide range of industries in the UK, offshore and overseas. RGL currently employs between 40 and 50 people and has plans in place for expansion. The company is owned and run by three Directors who still play a full-time role in the governance and development of the business. It is also worthy of note that two of the Directors are the sons of the founder which helps to maintain the "family feel" despite the considerable growth in recent years. RGL are active members of the Water Jetting Association (WJA) and have worked closely with the organisation since 1984 playing a major role in developing the safety and technical "best practice" standards that are used and respected throughout the industry today.
