RECC is comprised of professionals who have focused their careers on serving governmental agencies, developers, investors, and real property owners interested in deploying renewable energy and energy efficiency projects, and other major infrastructure projects, in cost-effective and innovative ways. RECC principals leverage their complementary backgrounds in project finance, renewable energy, environmental science, and the regulatory and public policy fields to structure public-private partnerships (“PPPs”) that allow budget-constrained governmental agencies to deploy energy infrastructure projects that directly benefit their bottom line and allow investors and developers to earn better returns and reduce risks through streamlined permitting and construction processes, and closer alignment of public and private entity interests.

RECC has the expertise and experience to structure, negotiate and draft the complex agreements necessary to effectively execute and deliver on PPPs, and move renewable energy, energy efficiency, and infrastructure projects through the development, design, and construction processes, and into operation.
