We are a yoga studio and an art gallery! We offer yoga and meditation, extensive schedule of group yoga classes, variety of workshops, kids yoga, prenatal / postnatal yoga (twice a week), mommy & me yoga (coming soon), private lessons, corporate /workplace yoga, community events, yoga by donation, art shows / extensive art collection on display for viewing and available for sale on a regular basis, Glowga (blacklight yoga with glow in the dark bodypainting), yoga retreats, yoga hikes and other outdoor yoga, standup paddleboard yoga, mindfulness and more! We also offer energy healing /spa services, have a cool boutique with yogawear and more, and do parties and private events!
