Propell was formed 10 years ago to provide funding to Sectional Titles Schemes. Propell is South Africa’s leading levy financing company established in 1999 and affiliated to the PSG Group. Propell is headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa and has sales presence in Western Cape, Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal. Since then we also launched a new sector in the Supply Chain Finance industry to bring more financial solutions.
Supply Chain Finance:
Propell, in partnership with PrimeRevenue, the world’s largest multi-bank supply chain finance business, now offer PrimeRevenue’s platform, their global presence and funding from 40 global banks to African companies.
PrimeRevenue currently provides supply chain finance solutions to a number of Global Fortune 2000 companies. Over the last 10 years they have freed up billions of dollars of cash for buyers and suppliers through an electronic cloud-based interchangeable platform called OpenSCi.
Sectional Title Financing:
What many do not realize is that a Body Corporate or Home Owners Association own no assets, and as a result cannot borrow money from banks for much needed maintenance projects.
Our up front Special Levy Funding fills this void in the market and offers flexible repayment terms.
Every owner is liable for a monthly levy, a contribution that pays for the operating costs of the scheme, when owners neglect to pay their levy it places undue pressure on the paying owners and managing agents.
This is where we step in, we fund the monthly levy roll for the scheme and assume the collection role, assuring a healthy cash flow and allowing the scheme to function as normal.
