Project Cyber is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose vision is to create a safer digital world through a gender-balanced workforce. Our mission is to empower girls of all ages to succeed in the field of cybersecurity by providing access to comprehensive learning and career resources. Cyber criminals do not all look and think alike. Organizations need diversity of thought to properly defend and protect. With cyber threats becoming more complex and ubiquitous, coupled with the shortfall of 3.5 million cybersecurity jobs, we have a critical need to take action to close the gender gap.
