Project Crossroads has created a unique estimating process that identifies and reflects the cost impact of typical tasks and the duration of the associated offshore work program ­­­— providing alignment of projected and actual costs. These tasks include any new facilities to be installed, as well as upgrades required to mitigate “age and condition” issues. Calibrated to client-specific practices, location, and productivities, our estimates provide realistic costs and schedule sensitivity. We provide the specialized knowledge, tools, and training to support selection of the lowest-cost alternative to meet corporate goals. In addition, Project Crossroads offers training that will familiarize Client personnel with the application of our process / technology to typical work scopes and execution strategies.
