About Project Connection

Project Connection provides accessible, evidence-based, trauma-informed mental health services and promotes community connection, integration and education with the goal of helping individuals and families achieve optimal mental wellness.

Project Connection is a community, not-for-profit mental health agency with the mission to improve the mental health and well-being of individuals and families in the community. We believe this is done through access to quality mental health services that are evidence-based and trauma-informed. We also believe that people do better when they are connected, integrated and supported in the community. Therefore, in addition to traditional mental health services, we provide opportunities for consumers to connect with others in their mental health goals and in the community. We strive to decrease the stigma of mental illness through education, advocacy and connection.

Project Connection will work to improve the lives of individuals and families in the community. We will develop goals with our clients and work to help them meet their goals. We create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where our clients can gain insight, feel hope, make positive changes and improve relationships. We will be a resource to our clients and use therapeutic interventions that are specifically adapted to match the needs of the individual or family.
