PFI is the investment arm for Egypt Post established under the Shareholding Companies Law No. 159/1991; it is fully owned by Egypt Post with a capital of EGP 4 Billion for the purpose of creating a leading private equity house. Our financial position leverages the power of distribution across multi business sectors, including the company’s network of relationships with major public and private institutions and other financial and non-financial institutions; as well as public market intelligence through Egypt Post’ wide accrued insight. Over the past 9 years, we have transformed from a private equity company targeting investment stakes in strategic companies to investing predominantly in a diverse spectrum of business development sectors including telecom, non-financial services, outdoor advertising, and real estate offering distinguished facility management services.
