Phoenix TP have developed an innovative, powerful and unique group tax planning service. The product and technology underpinning the service was over 2 years in development. The principal objective of the service is to identify how the available statutory tax reliefs can be used to produce the lowest amount of corporation tax payable by a group of UK companies over a period of time. This period can include 1 or more accounting periods. Secondary objectives are to maximise the utilisation of double tax relief, tax losses and capital allowances. The tax content is extensive and includes legislation specific to UK oil & gas companies. The results are output to a comprehensive, clear and user friendly Excel workbook.
