About Perceptual Informatics
Perceptual Informatics was launched in 2018 to transform the way that environmental businesses mitigate risk and measure value. The firm has expertise in environmental science, machine learning, automation, remote sensing, imaging, economics, and finance. Collectively, we help firms mitigate risk and maximize value through science, technology, and finance.
In 2019, Microsoft became an official supporter of Perceptual Informatics by awarding the firm a grant to develop a software platform to demonstrate the economic effects that climate change will have on the agriculture industry by leveraging artificial intelligence and satellite imagery.
Located in 'Climate City', the team has collaborated with leading scientists and entrepreneurs in environmental science, application development, and risk management to develop a proprietary system that enables businesses and governments to become more agile and cost effective with innovative solutions.
