Pause Studio

We all could use a pause. Today’s world is one of constant mental and physical stress. Work pressure, family responsibilities, lack of quality sleep and over-stimulation from technology is elevating stress hormones making us susceptible to chronic exhaustion, illness and disease. Plus, we are physically pushing our bodies harder than ever before. This is why we created pause, an experiential wellness studio created to facilitate mental regeneration and physical recovery. Pause is curating research-backed modalities including flotation therapy, infrared sauna therapy, cryotherapy, iv vitamin therapy and more - proven to reduce stress, elevate creativity, improve focus, accelerate physical recovery and enhance performance. Pause is a rapidly growing company and we're eager to provide more wellness opportunities for people in and outside of Los Angeles. We will be opening our third studio in May of 2022, located in the South Bay. Locations four and five, Brentwood and Studio City, respectively, are on schedule to open later this year. Pause also plans to launch franchise opportunities in Q3 of 2022.
