PATHEnergy provides assistance with Energy & Utility Management, Energy Asset Deployment, and Sustainability Strategies to a Municipality, University, Schools, & Hospital (MUSH) target market. These services are available either directly to end-users, or provided as sub-contracts to energy contractors. The objective of these services is to deliver energy solutions at an optimum performance value, or Energy Balance Point, based on individual customer- or contractor-set criteria. Customer Direct | PATHEnergy services are ideally positioned to MUSH customers that might lack the fully-staffed resources necessary to effectively evaluate energy projects or schemes proposed to meet mandated energy conservation targets. PATHEnergy services are paid from the energy construction project and allow end users assurance the project scope and costs are optimized for their performance needs rather than for the contractor’s profit desires. Sub-Contracted Services | Sub-Contractors may occasionally need added resources to complete certain phases of the project development. Such shoulder-bridging labor devices allow contractors to meet customer schedules without unnecessarily increasing the staffing size.
