The founders of Orgspace spent years in software leadership, and we set out to build a tool to make ourselves and our people more successful—to help get folks the context they need to make the right decisions. We want to make every software team great, and for our leaders to spend more time growing talent and building relationships and less time shoving names around in spreadsheets.
