Ordinal Science focuses on practical business solutions using data science, AI, applied mathematics, and simulations. We have two areas of focus. Strategic Simulations. We use our unique simulation platform to develop Digital Twins of Supply Chains (DTSC) for large and medium companies. The supply chain digital twin is a tool to de-risk decision, validate the efficacy of proposed investments into supply chain, and gain visibility into the entire supplier and distribution network. The simulations test strategic scenarios, validate supply chain design hypotheses and proposed changes, discover and resolve potential supplier and distribution bottlenecks. We focus on 1 to 5 year simulation horizon. Data Science. We focus on data science research and implementation. Our team works with existing client teams or helps companies build the data science capabilities. Our range of projects include both tried and true methods, as well as advanced ideas from academia that only begin to enter the business application sphere.
